As the term implies, Voting Members are vested members of The Palatine Foundation with voting or management determination over their specific committee(s) and programs.You have participation
As a Voting Member your input and advice, coupled with your vote, lends your opinions and influence towards decisions made by the Foundation Board on any of the Program Committees you may be member to.You have Flexibility
Donors may become voting Members with at least one event of Qualified Donation Level and upon meeting application compliance measures to assure consistency with our internal values. You have more Options
There are three primary options to become a Voting Member of The Palatine Foundation, N.A.
“CRUSADER”
Option One - ”Crusader” from $500,001 to $5 Million
Direct Single Pay Contribution with two year ongoing voting override participation for your chosen Project or Charities of which you will belong to the specific committee(s).
“PALADINS”
Option Two - “Paladins” from $5,000,001 to $50,000,000 Million
Direct Single Pay Contribution with 3 year ongoing voting override participation for your chosen Project or Charities of which you will belong to the specific committee(s).
“PALATINES”
Option Three - “Palatine” from $50,000,001 up to $1 Billion USD
Direct Single Pay Contribution with 4 year ongoing voting override participation for your chosen Project or Charities of which you will belong to the specific committee(s).
