Donor Options

The Palatine Foundation offers numerous options to make the act of giving more flexible for Donors. Please consider any of the following means for your support and participation.

Gift Annuities - The gift that keeps giving and may be structured for continued support of your favorite Charity.    

Matching Donations - This function may double the amount of your donation!

One Time Donations - Please review all of the charity programs you can assist.

Non-voting Membership - This a great method of passive involvement for continued participation for a calendar year.    

Voting Membership - A Voting Member is the highest level of Palatine participation and involvement for Donors who wish to establish and ongoing relationship with the Palatines. This option is excellent for Donors with aggressive support or specific  philanthropic goals.

Donor Advised Donations - With a donor-advised fund, you can donate cash, stock or other investments and take a charitable deduction for the year in which you made the donation, then decide later which charities to support. Some of these funds take donations of real estate, privately held stock and other complex assets that charities usually don't accept directly. We accept such donations with minimum amounts of $50,000.

Limited Partnerships with TPF     TPF offers participation and profits for donors and investors who wish to invest in asset based projects. We invest in mostly real estate (or other asset based) offers that are SEC Reg “D” 506 Exemption offers.

Flexibility on Type of Donations - The Palatine Foundation is flexible in the types of donations it can accept from Donors. We try our best to accommodate the needs and wishes of the Donor while maintaining their philanthropic goals.
